Attentions to 2012 China Gum Rosin Trade Conference

2、Registration Time: 10:00-24:00, April 25 in lobby. 8:00-10:00, April 26 at the gate of Shanghai Hall, 1/F.

3、Conference is in Shanghai Hall, 1/F.

4、Welcome Reception: 19：00-20：30, April 25, Atrium Coffee Shop, 2/F.

5、Breakfasts for April 26 and April 27: 6:30-9:00, Atrium Coffee Shop, 2/F.

6、Luncheons of April 26 and April 27: 12:00-14:00, Atrium Coffee Shop,2/F.

7、Free internet, free swimming and fitting in Sheraton.

8、Departure time for half day tour on April 26: 14:00 to Reed Flute Cave and Jingjiang Palace City.  Supper will be within the city, then boating for visit of two rivers and four lakes, back at hotel around 21:00.

9、No suppers arranged by conference for the delegates who do not join the half-day tours on April 26.

10、Departure time for post-conference tour on April 27: 13:00 to have a boating visit of Li River. Supper in Yangshuo county, then visit the show of “Impression—Liu Sanjie”.  Back at Guilin hotel around 23:00. Please check out before 12:00 on April 28.

11、Conference closes after lunch of Apr.27, please check out before 14:00.

Fees will be paid on delegates’ own if there is a late check-out.

12、Personal consumption within Hotel and long-distance call shall be paid by delegates’ own.

13、Please take your formal conference badge and coupons for conference, dinners, and tours.

14、Taxi from airport to Hotel is around 25km, RMB100. Taxi from train station to Hotel is 5km, RMB15.
