The conference will take place on September 19, 20 & 21, 2010 at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, Orlando, FL USA.
August 19, 2010 is the cut off date for “Early Bird” registration. After that date all delegate fees increase by 100.00 US$.
August 21, 2010 is the cut off date for hotel reservations. After that date, any reservation received after cut off date will be confirmed based on space availability. We strongly recommend that you make your reservation very soon to guarantee the PCA special reduced rate of $159.00.
